BLOOMVILLE - Mayor Steve George presented a letter from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to Bloomville council members Wednesday night stating the village is in violation with a high ammonia level in its lagoon. The water board conducted a feasibility study to install a controlled discharge lagoon but determined the $5 million price tag was too expensive. Village administration is to continue to seek a solution before findings and orders are administered.
