Charles H. Willman

Charles Harold Willman, 61, of Texas and formerly Green Springs, died Monday, May 5, 2014, at Kindred Hospital, Houston, Texas, due to complications with pneumonia.

He was born Oct. 16, 1952, in Tiffin, to Chuck and Alice Willman. He graduated in 1969 from Green Springs High School. He was an inside sales representative for Pipeline Supply and Services, Houston, and, at the time of his death, was working in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chuck enjoyed skiing, gambling, taking cruises and traveling. He recently took a 10-day trip to Spain with his brother and sister-in-law.

He is survived by his parents, who live in Green Springs; two brothers, Daryl (Kenda) of Garland, Texas, and Duane (Tina) of The Colony, Texas; two sisters, Cheryl (Bob) Schuyler of The Colony and Renee (Toby) Myers of Sachse, Texas; two uncles and aunts, Larry (Lela) Miller and Leon (Bev) Barrick; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and dear friends, Diane Marcinek and Patti Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a sister, Alice Ann.

A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Green Springs United Methodist Church.
