Cleopha A. ‘Corky’ Rosier

Cleopha A. "Corky" Rosier, 94, of Fostoria, died Friday, May 16, 2014, at Independence House in Fostoria.

She was born Aug. 24, 1919, in Winamack, Indiana, to Charles I. and Lela B (Werner) Nichols. She married her loving spouse of 64 years, Claris C. "Whitey" Rosier, March 9, 1940, in Napoleon, and he preceded her in death Dec. 17, 2004.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Carolyn Rosier of Fostoria; three grandchildren; one step-grandchild; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Theresa "Terry" De Long of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Alvin "Red" McHaffie; one brother; and four sisters.

Visitation will be 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria, where a funeral service will begin at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Kay Hatch presiding. Committal services and burial will follow in Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.

Memorial contributions are requested to High Street United Methodist Church, Fostoria.
