Travis D. Boyd, 21, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a stop sign violation following a two-vehicle accident Friday evening at CR 38 and SR 53. The other driver, Nevada E. Smith, 43, of Tiffin, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Boyd refused treatment at the scene.
