Larry Marvin Neuleib, 56, of Findlay, died peacefully at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 14, 1958, in Geneseo, Ill., to Loren and Mary (Henry) Neuleib. Larry married Julie Harder March 25, 1978, and she survives.
Also surviving are three children, Joshua (Michelle) Neuleib and Jennifer (Jared) Shultz, both of Findlay, and Brooke (Nate) Jackson of Tiffin; eight grandchildren, Ostyn, Jewel, Gavyn, Maddison, Stella, Nate Jr., Nicholas "Tug Boat" and Alexis; four sisters, Lenore Van De Voord, Linda (Mike) Hull, Luanne O'Donnell and Lola Helke, all of Geneseo, Ill.; a brother, Lyle (Pat) Neuleib of Orlando, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Judy Neuleib; and father-in-law, John Harder Sr.
Besides his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Loren "Butch" Neuleib; brother-in-law, Dave Van De Voord; and mother-in-law, Beverly Harder.
Larry was a graduate of J.D. Darnel High School, Geneseo, Ill., and was employed as operations manager for Steyer Seeds of Tiffin since 1986. Larry was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs and the Fighting Illini. He enjoyed golfing and fishing with his grandchildren. Spending time with family and friends was most important to him.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2014, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Ave., Findlay, OH 45840.
His funeral will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Cindy Ritter officiating. Burial will be private.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
