Doris Jeanette Buckley, 74, of Caldwell, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at her home.
She was born April 12, 1939, in Caldwell, to Clela L. Willey DeLancey of Caldwell and the late Clifford E. DeLancey.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Marilyn Faye DeLancey; father-in-law, Rodney E. Buckley; and two brothers-in-law, Harry Mettler and Arthur Zudell.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Robert E. Buckley, whom she married June 15, 1957; one son, Robin E. (Doree) Buckley of Caldwell; two daughters, Sharon E. (Dr. Morteza) Buckley Mirhaidari and Chrystal L. Buckley Smith, both of Dover; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Mettler of Dexter City and Marsha (Kevin) Greenhoe of Caldwell; mother-in-law, Daisy Buckley of Caldwell; and sister-in-law, Barbara Zudell of Caldwell.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West St., Caldwell, OH 43724.
Her funeral will begin at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jack Dearth officiating. Burial will follow at Hiramsburg Cemetery, Hiramsburg.
