'Tetelestai' performances set for today, Sunday in Clyde
CLYDE - The Clyde Ministerial Association is to bring "Tetelestai" to Clyde High School for three performances. The musical stage production dramatizes Jesus' trial, execution and resurrection.
Performances are set for 8 p.m. today and 2 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free, but donations are to be accepted.

Mass scheduled for Sunday on Heidelberg campus
A Catholic Mass is set for 7 p.m. Sunday in Herbster Chapel inside Pfleiderer Hall on the Heidelberg University campus. The Rev. Frank Murd is to be the celebrant. The Mass is sponsored by the Heidelberg Catholic Newman Club and Campus Ministry.
Hear music reflecting Stations of the Cross Friday
CAREY - Our Lady of Consolation music director, Jack Gerding, is to present a musical reflection on the Stations of the Cross at 7 p.m. Friday in the shrine basilica in Carey. The meditative music is to include solo works and congregational songs. The event is free.
Gospel singing set for April 5
Catch gospel singing and dinner 4-7 p.m. April 5 at Shoey's Cool Creation Restaurant, 706 S. Sandusky St. Tim Little, Lenny Moore, Gethsemane, Dee Lawrence and Carol Foster are to perform.
Programs explore 'Cosmic Christ,' immersion in nature
St. Francis Spirituality Center has two programs planned for April.
Spirit and Matter: Finding God in the Stuff of Things is scheduled for 1:30-4 p.m. April 5 in the lower level of St. Francis Spirituality Center. Kathleen Duffy, director of the Institute for Religion and Science, a professor at Chestnut Hill College and author of "Rediscovering Teilhard's Fire" is to be the presenter. Duffy is to discuss the mysticism of Teilhard De Chardin and some of the steps that led to his integrated vision of spirit and matter. Coffee and hospitality is to be offered before the program. The cost is $15 in advance and $20 at door. Admission for sisters is $5.
Toward a Council of All Beings is to begin at 7 p.m. April 25 and run through 7 p.m. April 26, led by Sister Jane Frances Omlor. Participants are to enter into group work, including discussions, mask-making, prayer and immersion into nature. Meditation and reading also are planned to help attendees realize and experience the pain and power of our interconnectedness with all life. The cost is $135 with lodging. Commuters are $100. The registration deadline is April 16.

Easter baked goods for sale
CAREY - The Our Lady of Consolation National Shrine volunteer bakery, under the direction of Father Paul Faroh, is to have bake sales on two weekends, April 5-6 and April 12-13. Both are to be in the OLC information booth across from the basilica. Hours are to be 4-7 p.m. Saturdays and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sundays.
Featured seasonal items to be sold include marshmallow eggs, dinosaur eggs and Easter baskets with assorted candies. Other items to be offered include be pizzas, homemade potato chips, several kinds of bread and coffee cakes, an assortment of pies, noodles and a variety of cookies.
All proceeds are to go toward a proposed OLC elevator project.
Harmony Easter Cantata chior to perform Palm Sunday
The Harmony Easter Cantata Choir is to give its annual musical presentation at 7:30 p.m. Palm Sunday. "The Easter Song" is a dramatic musical presentation that tells the inspirational story of the serving, suffering, saving Christ who rose victoriously from death to life eternal.
Choirs members are Peggy DeTray, Connie Thomas, Sue Feller, Terri Weaver, Diane Hudok, Agnes Edgington, Jean Riedel, Shelby Morehart, Sharon Weaver, Carla Wagner, Angela Garrabrant, Kendra Bloomfield, Sandra Detterman, Julia Michener, Kelly Hammond, Diamond Rohe, Coral Snell, Sarah Pennington, Taylor Hammond, Johanna Wagner, Elizabeth DeTray, Michelle Stevens, Hailee Bland, Sherri Barth, Nancy Pennington, Dwight Detterman, Brent Walton, Brian Walton, Douglas Bland, Chris Hammond, Larry Weaver, Joe Hudok, Taylor Pennington, John Long and Jeff Wagner.
The director is Dana R. Riedel, with assistant Sandra Detterman. The sound technician is Brent Walton. Deborah Long is piano accompanist. Vocal soloists are: Peggy DeTray, Douglas Bland, Shelby Morehart, Sharon Weaver, Brent Walton and Brian Walton. Narration will be given by Dwight Detterman and Barbara Bond.
There is no admission charge; however, an offering is to be accepted. The church is at the corner of CR 6 and CR 19, four miles south of Tiffin.
