DELAWARE - Heidelberg's offense has been, frankly, unstoppable lately.
Ohio Wesleyan had a shot to slow it down Friday.
The Bishops actually had some success. Pitchers Daniel Kaslan and Spencer Offredo succeeded, each firing a scoreless inning.
The problem was the pair were the final two hurlers who took the mound for Ohio Wesleyan, and by the time Kaslam pitched the top of the eighth, his team already had allowed 18 runs.
Trevor Oldham had a career day for Heidelberg, hitting a grand slam in the second inning, scoring three times and driving in five runs as Heidelberg ripped the Bishops 18-3. It was the Princes' 13th consecutive win, and fourth-straight game in which they scored 11 runs or more.
Derek Hug and Steven Morse each drove in three runs for HU, which improved to 13-2. Joe Staab and Alex Grove each drove in two runs.
Kyle Fluharty started for Heidelberg and threw five scoreless innings, striking out two and improving to 3-0.
