North Central Ohio Regional Council of Governments unanimously accepted the feasibility study for a shared justice center at a meeting today. John Kornbluh and Joe Brink of Burgess and Niple presented the study and explained that a shared justice center would not only save the county and city about $850,000 in construction costs but it would also save about $180,000 a year in operating costs. The study suggests using Courthouse Square due to its central location.
