River level falls

A tree with ice hanging on its branches stretches out over the Sandusky River near TR 131 in Seneca Township Monday afternoon. The Sandusky River initially was placed under a flood warning until 7:30 p.m. Sunday. The warning was extended until 7:30 a.m. Monday and was extended again until 3:30 p.m. Monday. The river had fallen below flood stage of 9 feet Monday morning.
