BOYS JV BASKETBALL: New Riegel beat Columbian, 40-33. Clay Dryfuse had eight for the Tornadoes. Jadon Yambert led all scorers with nine points for the Blue Jackets, who also picked up eight from Austin Mathias.

BOYS BASKETBALL: Pre-sale tickets for the Mohawk boys sectional basketball game Feb. 25 at Fostoria High are on sale in the Mohawk High School office from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. through today. The price is $6 for adults and $4 for students with Mohawk retaining a percentage of the ticket sales. Mohawk will play St. Wendelin at 7 p.m. There is only one game that night.
YOUTH BASEBALL: Columbian baseball will hold youth camps for Tiffin City School youth for grades 2-5 on March 8 and for grades 6-8 on March 15. Camps will run 9 a.m.-12 p.m. each day. CYO TRACK: There will be a sign up Monday in the lobby of the St. Joseph Activity center for any boys or girls grades 4-8 from St. Mary or St. Joseph Parishes who are interested in participating in track. BOWLING: In the Allen Eiry Senior League, Bob Reinhart collected both the high men's score with 256 and high men's series with 422. Joanne Elchert had both the high women's score and series with a 175 and 319.
UPPER SANDUSKY SPRING SPORTS: Upper Sandusky will be hosting a spring sport parent meeting on Monday at 7 p.m. Parents of all spring athletes are expected to attend. There will be individual sport meetings for baseball (gym), softball (cafeteria), boys tennis (room 314), boys track (room 306) and girls track (room 308).
