Seneca Regional Planning Commission Executive Director Jill Griffin is to meet with the Seneca County Board of Commissioners in their work session at 9:30 a.m. today.
During the regular session at 10 a.m., the board is to have a home sewage treatment system bid opening for the Maloy property.
In new business, the board is to discuss:
A supplemental appropriation of $1,000 for the Concealed Handgun License Fund.
An appropriation adjustment of $15,000 within the Maintenance and Repair Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $150,000 within the Energy Improvement Construction Fund for 2014.
A resolution setting time, date and place to receive sealed bids for one 234-inch wheelbase passenger van for the Seneca County Opportunity Center.
A resolution appointing Heidi Stephey to the Allen Eiry Advisory Committee as the designee for the board.
A resolution entering into a memorandum of understanding between the Seneca County Soil and Water Conservation District and the board for the administration of the Seneca County Ditch Maintenance Program and authorizing Holly Stacy to sign the memorandum and all other related documentation.
A resolution entering into a contract with WSOS Community Action Commission Inc., for the administration and implementation of the Community Housing Improvement Program and authorizing Board President Holly Stacy to sign it and all other related documentation.
A resolution accepting the policy manual for WSOS.
A resolution accepting amendment No. 3 to the Patchworks House Access Visitation Grant on behalf of Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services.
