Three people were arrested following execution of a search warrant at 850 S. Wood St. Friday afternoon.
Fostoria Police Department had information that stolen property and Tracy W. Thomas Jr., 24, of Fostoria were at the residence. Thomas had multiple arrest warrants, including a felony child support warrant and at least three civil protection order violations, Capt. Patrick Brooks said.
Brooks said April L. Walker, 38, who lives at the residence, was told law enforcement had information that Thomas was at the residence, but she refused to cooperate and refused to allow officers into the residence.
Once a search warrant was filed, officers returned to the residence and forced their way into the house.
Thomas' sister, Natasha S. Thomas, 26, who also lives at the residence, tried to mislead officers once they entered, Brooks said.
"Officers did find Tracy in the residence," he said.
Tracy Thomas was arrested on the active warrants. Natasha Thomas was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice, and Walker was arrested and charged with harboring, he said.
"All three were taken into custody," Brooks said.
Personnel from Seneca County Sheriff's Office assisted, according to a sheriff's office report.
