Rose Clark Turner, 89, of Monona, Iowa, and recently of rural Clyde, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at Elmwood Assisted Living, Fremont.
Rose was born Sept. 1, 1924, near Elkader, Iowa, to Joel and Emma (Johnsrud) Clark. She married Jackson Turner Oct. 19, 1944.
She is survived by two children, Susan Schulz of Hiawatha, Iowa, and Mark (Deanna) Turner of Clyde; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Jean Clark Kaldahl of Port Townsend, Wash.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; brother, Milo Clark; and her sister, Mae Clark Jaster.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Grau Funeral Home, Monona, Iowa, and from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Living Faith Parish, Monona, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m.
Burial will be in Elkader East Side Cemetery.
