Local high school and college students competed in the Tiffin University Business Plan Contest Dec. 5.
The two-person teams consisted of a high school student and Tiffin University student. The first-place team was Julie Peck from Mohawk High School and Maria Hoepf from Tiffin University. Mohawk's Katelyn Seifert and TU's Pai Liu placed second and Renee Marshall of North Central Academy and TU's Jordan Stock placed third.
Other high school students who presented business plans included Mohawk's McKensie Binau, Hannah Harrison, Joanie Lininger, and Shantel Weaver, and Tiffin Columbian's Jeffrey Crawford and Tyler Mohr from Wynford High School.
