Juanita L. Malagon-Mora, 78, of Fostoria, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at Independence House, Fostoria.
She was born Dec. 13, 1934, in Blissfield, Mich., to Sabas and Rufina (Herrera) Malagon. She married Guadalupe Mora, and he died in January 1972.
She is survived by three daughters, Marge (Rick) Gerritsen, Barb (Chuck) Strausbaugh and Deb Kelly, all of Fostoria; five sons, John (Mary) Mora of Tiffin, Paul (Dawn) Mora of Fostoria, Carl (Tracy) Mora of Port Charlotte, Fla., Albert (Shirley) Mora of Fostoria and Ted (Linda) Mora of Toledo; three sisters, Alberta Harris and Annie and Dorothy Malagon; and three brothers, Esaias "Sal," Frank (Becky) and Nick Malagon, all of Fostoria.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Robert Mora; a grandson; and a sister, Angela Malagon.
Her memorial service will begin at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, with the Rev. Nicholas Weibel officiating.
Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at St. Wendelin Parrish Cemetery, Fostoria, at a later date.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
