Juanita M. Parker, 82, of Upper Sandusky, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, Upper Sandusky.
She was born Jan. 7, 1931, in Kenton, to Lewis and Nellie (Draper) Titus. She was married to Theodore L. Culley and then married Ralph M. Hoopes, who is deceased. She then married Glen Parker and he is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Arnold (Daphne) Culley of Taiwan and Howard (Andrea) Culley and Harry (Sharon) Hoopes, both of Upper Sandusky; a daughter, Kathy Searls of Upper Sandusky; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Gladyce Rizor of Kenton; a brother-in-law, David Hoopes; and a sister-in-law, Ola Pryor.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald and Allen Titus; and two sisters, Inez Manle and Katherine Frye.
Her funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Jim Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.
Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with an Eagle's Auxiliary memorial service at 8:30 p.m.
