Cora H. ‘Helen’ Cramer

Cora H. "Helen" Cramer, 81, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 26, 2013, at St. Francis Home, Tiffin.

Helen was born April 21, 1932, in Kenton, to Glenn and Ruth (Heisler) Osborn. She married Donald G. Cramer June 1, 1953, and he survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include a daughter, Camela (Jeff Hopkins) Cramer-Riehm of Old Fort; two sons, Rex (Chris) Cramer and Rod (Barb) Cramer, both of Tiffin; a sister, Bonita Stough of New Mexico; and six grandchildren, Nathan and Joshua Dieter, Matthew and Mark Cramer and Allison and Annette Cramer; and three great-grandchildren, Paige, Zachary and Val.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Roberts.

Helen was a 50-year member of Washington Street United Methodist Church, where she volunteered. She was most recently a member of Faith United Methodist Church. She graduated from Mount Victory High School in 1950 and worked in the cafeteria for Tiffin City Schools as a baker for more than 10 years and Sears department store in the clothing department for more than 5 years. She retired from General Electric after 9 1/2 years.

Helen enjoyed golfing, collecting buttons, crocheting, flying with her husband and snowmobiling in Michigan with her family. Helen and Don wintered in Texas for 16 years and traveled throughout the United States, visiting all 50 states, Mexico and Europe.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at Faith United Methodist Church, 75 N. Sandusky St., Tiffin, OH 44883, (419) 447-6748, with the Rev. Donna Van Trees officiating. There will be no burial.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of her funeral Saturday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin, is assisting the family.
