Kenneth C. Brown, 69, of Bloomville, passed away Thursday evening, Oct. 24, 2013, at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.
He was born May 3, 1944, in Jacksonville, Tenn., to Lester and Hester (Meadows) Brown. He married Laura C. Griffin June 19, 1965, and she survives in Bloomville.
Other survivors include two daughters, Marjorie (Craig) Allarding of Rockledge, Fla., and Kimberly (Rick) Long of Bloomville; four sons, Ronald Brown, and James Brown both of Upper Sandusky, Jeffrey (Margie) Brown of Castle Rock, Colo., Kenneth (Cassandra) Brown of Tiffin; 16 grandchildren; a sister, Judy (Robert) Legron of Tiffin; two brothers, Doug (Bev) Brown of Republic, and Dave (Dollie) Brown of Dayton, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Ash, in 2011; a sister, Barbara Ann; six brothers, Louis, Dawson, Boyd, Roy, Edward and Fawler Brown.
Kenneth was a member of the Bloomville United Methodist Church. Kenneth and his wife were self-employed, operating a home maintenance business in the Bloomville area for many years.
His funeral will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Lindsey-Olds Funeral Home, 3085 South SR. 19 Bloomville. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Bloomville.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m.1 p.m. Tuesday at LindseyOlds Funeral Home.
