Eleanor G. Osmon, 73, of Clyde, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at her home.
Mrs. Osmon was born Oct. 21, 1939, in York Township. She married Melvin M. Osmon June 25, 1971, and he survives.
Also surviving are nine children, Cheri (Steve) Kennedy of Erlin, Pam (Mark) Estep of Fremont, Dennis (Diann) Valentine of Green Springs, Valerie (Daniel) Durbin of Fremont, Joan Overmyer of Columbus, David Valentine of Bellevue, Gail (Tony) Garza of Green Springs, Barb (Mike) Hay of Fremont and Jeff Osmon of Clyde; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Lucy Garman of Sandusky, Lillian Yetter of Vickery, Barb Eckert of Tiffin, Virginia Stimson of Norwalk and Karen Whitlatch of Mansfield; and three brothers, George Frederick of Bellevue, Robert Frederick of Norwalk and Jim Frederick of Bellevue.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rueben and Gladys (Rife) Frederick, and her brother, Chuck Frederick, who was killed in Vietnam.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde.
Her funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. David Gowen officiating. Burial will be at Bakertown Cemetery, Clyde.
