Mrs. Kay L. O’Donnell

Kay L. O'Donnell, 55, of Glen St. Mary, Fla., died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013.

Kay was born July 1, 1958, in Tiffin, to Robert Harry Nepper and Shirley Ann Nepper.

Kay graduated in 1976 from Tiffin Columbian High School and from Tiffin Mercy Hospital Radiology Program. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. She enjoyed gardening, kayaking, watching birds and loved reading. She was very active as a Girl Scout leader and with the Jaycees. Her first love was being a mother and raising her daughters. The past 24 years she would plan a family summer vacation trip to Satellite Beach, Fla.

She is survived by family members including her husband of 25 years, Neil B. O'Donnell and two daughters, Alexis Michelle O'Donnell and Mallory Brianna O'Donnell, all of Glen St. Mary, Fla.; her father, Robert H. Nepper of Fremont; her mother, Shirley Nepper of Fostoria; sister, Deb (Dick) Wyka of Tiffin; several nieces and nephews; and her canine companion, Toby "T.J." O'Donnell.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Beth Nepper.

A celebration service will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in the Arlington area of Jacksonville with Fr. Mark Atkinson presiding.
