Others: Juniors Kirsten Camp; Jaclyn Willman. Sophomore Courtney Leis.

Outlook: Seneca East returns its one of its best runner runners from last year in England, but that's it. When Dymond talked about his team last week, he had just four girls on the roster. England was the only one who earned a letter last season who is back.

Anna Willman, one of the top runners in the Midland Athletic League as a junior last season, is out due to injury.

Dymond did say he is trying to bring in some more runners.

"We're still in the process of trying to build a strong program," Dymond said. "I've got some good runners and good potential. It's a matter of getting 5-7 runners to complete the puzzle."

Dymond said he is expecting Camp to be his No. 1 runner, but is also expecting good years from England and Jaclyn Willman.

The important thing is staying healthy.

"Cross country's a brutal sport; you just pound out the miles and it wears on the kids," Dymond said. "All the girls are working hard, and the new ones I have, I've seen improvement from them."
