A Republic man facing charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault appeared in court Tuesday afternoon where he entered a plea of not guilty.
Bryan P. Waldock, 25, also had a $100,000 bond continued Tuesday in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom.
Waldock, who previously posted bond, is accused of causing the death of Joshua Collins, 19, of Willard, and seriously injuring 11-year-old David Tripp of Republic, a passenger in Collins' vehicle, during a two-vehicle accident Sept. 29 at US 224 and CR 23.
Collins' vehicle was struck by Waldock's vehicle after Collins failed to yield at the stop sign at the intersection.
Waldock was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following the crash.
