High water filled several streets and roadways Monday morning, but by the afternoon, flooding had receded.
Roadways in Seneca County with high water included CR 26, east of SR 53, SR 18, west of 224 and SR 53, south of Fort Seneca, a Seneca County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said.
In Tiffin, water reached between two and three feet behind Tiffin Mall on Westwood and Northwood drives, Officer Joe O'Connor of the Tiffin Police Department said.

Two vehicles drive on Northwood Drive as a PT Cruiser sits surrounded by water Monday.
There, a parked vehicle became stranded in the high water, O'Connor said.
Dan Stahl, Seneca County Emergency Management Agency director, said in Bascom, 1.6 inches of rain was recorded. He said some parts of Seneca County had been forecasted to get up to 4 inches.
"We did get a ton of rain," he said.
According to the National Weather Service, a chance of more showers and thunderstorms were forecast overnight Monday and into today with rainfall amounts between one-tenth and one-quarter of an inch.
"Unless we get a whole bunch of a rain, we should be OK," Stahl said.
