Seneca County Emergency Management Agency Director Dan Stahl said storms that hit Seneca County Wednesday night and early Thursday morning downed numerous trees and power lines.
"It seemed to be more in the northern part of the county," he said. "Especially around the Green Springs area."
Significant wind damage also was reported, Stahl said.

"Where buildings got knocked down, there were probably some fairly significant winds," he said.
About a half-dozen power line problems were reported in the county, including three power poles that were broken off on North SR 19.
He said miscellaneous power outages were reported, but nothing was of large scale.
A flood watch that was issued by the National Weather Service was dropped Thursday. Stahl said in Bascom, an inch of rain was reported from the storm system.
