Charlie is a male blue heeler, or Australian cattle dog, about 8 months old. Charlie wants to find a home where he can run. Charlie does need training on a leash. He may be adopted from the Seneca County Dog Warden’s shelter, 3140 S. SR 100, for $30, which includes a 2013 dog license. The shelter is open 8-11 a.m. and by appointment 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments also are available.
