A man who pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin was sentenced to three years of community control last week.
Robert J. Allison, 63, of Tiffin, also was sentenced to serve 150 days in jail and pay $360 in restitution for the fifth-degree felony convictions, according to court documents.
Allison had pleaded guilty to the charges last month after being arrested in November during a traffic stop on North SR 53. The Seneca County Drug Task Force METRICH Enforcement Unit had conducted an investigation that led to Allison's arrest.
According to court documents, Allison was ordered to undergo monthly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis.
