A Tiffin man was transported by Life Flight to a Toledo Hospital after a two-vehicle accident Wednesday evening at CR 38 and SR 19.
State Highway Patrol Trooper Garry Odom said Robert E. Potts, 74, was taken from the scene by Life Flight to a Toledo hospital after his 2001 Ford Windstar was struck by a 1995 Ford Taurus driven by Ronnie Shepherd Jr., 38, of Findlay.
Shepherd had been eastbound on CR 38 when he failed to stop at the stop sign and collided with Potts, who had been northbound on SR 19.

First responders work at the scene of an accident Wednesday afternoon at CR 38 and SR 19.
Their vehicles then went off the northeast corner of the intersection where Shepherd's vehicle struck a stop sign.
Shepherd was treated at the scene, Odom said. Odom was unsure to which hospital Potts was taken and was unsure of his condition Wednesday night.
Republic fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to the accident, which was reported at 5:29 p.m., a Seneca County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said.
