An Upper Sandusky woman has been cited with improper left turn following an accident Monday evening involving a semi-truck on South SR 53.
A spokeswoman from the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office said Stacey Sherman, 36, was issued the citation following the accident, reported at 6:50 p.m. in the 5000 block of South SR 53.
Sherman had been turning into a driveway when she was struck by a semi-truck driven by Karl Rice, 49, of Columbus.
Sherman and two passengers in her vehicle, Kasem Sherman, 6, and Bekkem Sherman, 4, were transported to Wyandot Memorial Hospital. Stacey and Kasem had possible injuries and Bekkem had non-incapacitating injuries, the spokeswoman said.
Rice was not transported to the hospital.
