A woman was taken by Life Flight from the scene of an accident in Pleasant Township early this morning.
Sgt. Don Pratt of the Fremont post of State Highway Patrol said Helene S. Hahn, 19, of Clyde, was driving a 2004 Ford Escape that struck a tree on East TR 138.
Hahn, who was thrown from the vehicle, was conscious at the scene and was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, he said.
