Shirley Ann Fisher, 70, of Tiffin died at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Seneca House, Tiffin.
Shirley was born Dec. 8, 1942, in Cleveland, to Raymond and Alice (Heil) Hahler. She married Vern Fisher May 22, 1976, in Tiffin, and he preceded her in death June 1, 2009.
Survivors include her two children, Lynnette (Mike) Darfus and Gina (Jim) Reuter, both of Tiffin; five stepchildren, Kimberly (Chris) Bailey of Westerville, Vern (Rosemary) Fisher II of Stryker, Malinda (Victor) Salazar of Tiffin, Christina Fisher of Columbus and Cassandra Hill of Fredrick, Md.; 13 grandchildren; and a brother, Michael (Cindy) Hahler of Tiffin.
Shirley worked as a cashier/clerk at San-Mar Pharmacy, Tiffin, for more than 25 years and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin. Shirley was a loving person with a giving heart and a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed spending time with her family; as well as, her friends and loving caregivers at Seneca House.
Shirley also was preceded in death by her parents and two half sisters, Sonja Runion and Frances Agerter.
Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home, 135 N. Washington St., Tiffin, (419) 447-1221.
Burial will be private at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Tiffin, with the Rev. Michael Roemmele officiating.
