A daughter, Penelope Lou Kin, was born Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, to Danielle and Nathan Kin of Tiffin. Penelope weighed 9 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Chris and Mary Ickes of Bettville. Great-grandparents are Jack and Betty Lynch of Fostoria.
