Tiffin reports

Sebastian H. Patrick, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Friday.

James A. Clayborne III, 19, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and headlights required Saturday evening.

Gary A. Bulkowski, 62, of Burgoon, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and violating traffic lanes Saturday.

Brandon L. Dearmond, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday.

A caller from Washington Elementary School, 151 Elmer St., reported Monday afternoon a student bit a teacher, broke chairs and shoved other students and teachers. Firelands Counseling & Recovery Services responded to the school.

County reports

Nathan A. Hallman, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with underage possession/consumption Sunday. He also was cited with intoxicated pedestrian.

Samuel S. Hedges, 19, of Bucyrus, was charged with possession of paraphernalia Sunday. He also was cited with an equipment violation.

A 4000-block North TR 47 woman reported Monday morning she found a large plastic bag containing possible marijuana in her front yard.

Fostoria reports

A caller reported early Monday morning a man was harassing two women in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Peeler Drive.

A caller reported Monday afternoon two men were fighting in the 700 block of North Union Street. A man was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

State Patrol

Aaron J. Glick, 37, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield right-of-way Thursday night.

Rodney E. Robbins, 52, of Bascom, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic device violation Friday.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road Sunday afternoon for an unintentional alarm transmission.
