Marilyn Jean Zoeller, 73, of Tiffin, passed away Friday afternoon, March 1, 2013, at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
She was born March 18, 1939, in Tiffin, to Eugene and Doris (Palmer) Huffmann. She married Eugene Zoeller June 6, 1964.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene; two sons, Kevin (Sarah) Zoeller and Pat (Amy) Zoeller, both of Tiffin; three daughters, Diane (Mike Navarro) Zoeller of Fostoria, Kimberly Zoeller of Sycamore and Kristie Zoeller of Tiffin; two brothers, Patrick (Sharon) Huffmann of Tiffin and John "Jack" (Delores) Huffmann of Chicago; two sisters, Kathy (Henry) Gifford of Tiffin and Marjorie Frankart of Virginia; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Daniel, Mike, James and George Huffmann; a sister, Mary Lou Crider; and fiance of Kimberly, Donnie King in 2010.
Marilyn graduated in 1956 from St. Francis and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She enjoyed going to garage sales, playing bingo, crocheting, going to the Tiffin Moose with her husband and raising her children. Most of all, church came first.
Her Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. The rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.
Friends may visit with the family 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883, (419) 447-2424. A Christian wake service will begin at 1:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a cystic fibrosis organization, American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
