BASCOM - A Findlay man was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors after a fight and pursuit Saturday night.
A Seneca County Jail spokesman said Cody L. Risner, 25, was charged with assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, and obstruction of official business, a second-degree misdemeanor. Risner posted bond Sunday, the spokesman said.
According to a Seneca County Sheriff's Office report, the manager of Expressions, 2975 W. US 224, reported a fight involving at least six people at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. According to a Tiffin Police Department report, officers were requested to back up county units at the establishment.
The assailant was in a vehicle seen leaving the lot, it states.
Officers then backed up a deputy at the rear of Clouse's Bar in Bascom, and a man ran, according to the police department.
Andy, Tiffin Police Department's canine officer, tracked Risner from the bar to a residence in Bascom, and he was arrested inside, Officer Jake DeMonte said.
