A jury found a Tiffin man not guilty of sex-related crimes following the conclusion of a trial Wednesday.
Kenneth A. Myers III, 28, was found not guilty of two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of rape in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom, a court spokeswoman said.
Myers had been indicted on the charges in November for allegedly having sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of 10.
His indictment alleged that the offenses occurred in January and/or February last year.
