Less than a year after opening, Select Realty Group has grown from three agents to seven. Their number of real estate listings, now around 40, also continues to increase.
Fran Andersons, owner and manager, and Sara Riesen, broker and owner, opened the business in April. They attribute the company's success to the agents' high level of energy and fresh approach to marketing.
"It's been absolutely wonderful," Andersons said. "We've been very busy and have a great team. We work really hard but we also have a lot of fun."

Agents at Select Realty Group work primarily with residential properties in Seneca County.
Andersons, who has been in the real estate business for 26 years, and Riesen decided to start the business soon after Riesen got her broker's license.
The company deals mainly with residential properties in Seneca County, Andersons said.
To help attract potential buyers and sellers, Select Realty Group uses a variety of marketing approaches, including video tours of its listings and video blogs that answer questions buyers and sellers may have.
The agents even recorded a spoof of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" and aired it on their Web site, on Facebook and on YouTube.
Andersons said an agent came up with the idea to record the video and it took off from there.
"We all just sat down and just laughed and threw out a bunch of suggestions," she said.
Andersons said the video helped the agency gain popularity and even got an agent a listing.
"It did get us a lot attention," she said.
"We're just willing to try different approaches to marketing," Andersons said.
