A man charged with sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Jordan T. Clement, 19, who was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl in Tiffin, also had his bond set last week at $100,000 with 10 percent surety allowed, according to court documents.
Clement, who is listed as homeless, had initially been charged with rape in Tiffin Municipal Court, but was indicted on charges of sexual battery, a third-degree felony, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony, after his case was bound to Seneca County Common Pleas Court.
