Tiffin reports

A nurse from Elmwood at The Shawhan, 54 S. Washington St., requested an officer Saturday afternoon for a break-in to a room.

A person reported Saturday evening people were fighting at Noble 4-5, 130 Minerva St.

A first-block West Davis Street man reported Saturday night his neighbor's rain gutter was ripped off and placed on a tail pipe.

A 100-block East Perry Street woman reported Saturday night her boyfriend threw her phone.

Keith A. Ring, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

Justin R. James, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield at a stop sign early Sunday morning.

Charlie A. Mondle, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and no headlights early Sunday morning.

A juvenile was charged with drugs-marijuana paraphernalia, juvenile delinquency and wrong way on a one-way street Sunday after an incident Friday.

A person reported early Sunday morning two men were trying to break into a truck in the 200 block of West Perry Street.

A possible fight in a parking lot in the 200 block of South Washington Street was reported early Sunday morning.

A woman in the 100 block of Elmer Street reported Sunday afternoon her mother sent $3,100 to a scam.

County reports

A physical fight was reported in the 7000 block of North SR 101 early Saturday morning.

A 500-block North TR 91 man reported early Sunday morning his garage was broken into, a screwdriver was taken in order to gain entry into his residence and a substantial amount of money was taken.

Drug activity was reported in the 5000 block of North TR 63 Sunday morning.

Fostoria reports

An employee of Certified, 100 E. Lytle St., reported Saturday evening the theft of a 30-pack of beer.

A person from Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported early Sunday morning a person was being treated for a head injury and was hit over the head with a beer bottle during an altercation. The victim could not identify the assailant and did not wish to pursue charges.

A 200-block East Clark Street woman reported Sunday afternoon her home was broken into.

County accident

Austin E. Frankart, 20, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after an accident at CR 51 and CR 33 Friday afternoon.

Fostoria accidents

Omar B. Delarosa, 53, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident at West Center and North Countyline streets Feb. 10.

Jeremy Jones, 48, of Mississippi, was cited with trucks must stay on state route after an accident at West South and South Union streets Feb. 13.

Gary F. Harris, 50, of Alabama, was cited with improper backing after an accident at West Jones and North Countyline streets Feb. 15.

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after an accident at North Countyline and Kennard streets early Sunday morning.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a smoke detector activation at 349 Miami St., No. 34, Saturday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

County fire

NBS fire and New Riegel EMS responded to a chimney fire on South US 23 Sunday afternoon.

Tiffin EMS had four squad runs Saturday afternoon, one squad run with Clinton fire Saturday night and one squad run Sunday morning.

Green Springs fire and EMS had one squad run Saturday evening, one squad run Saturday night and one squad run Sunday morning.

Republic fire and EMS had one squad run Saturday evening.

Bloomville fire and EMS had one squad run early Sunday morning.
