A porch was ripped off of a Leitner Avenue residence after a pick-up truck slid on ice and hit it Wednesday evening.
Officer James Chandler of the Tiffin Police Department said Brandon Hicks, 19, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after he struck 26 Leitner Ave. just after 8 p.m.
The house was occupied at the time, but no injuries were reported, Chandler said.
