Sheriff’s office to increase patrol

February 20, 2013
The Advertiser-Tribune

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office is to conduct high-visibility overtime enforcement through March. According to a release from the sheriff's office, the March speed and St. Patrick's Day blitz will target speed, seat belt usage, traffic control violations and operators under the influence.

The project is funded by a grant through the Ohio Department of Public Safety and the Office of Criminal Justice Services. All grant hours are worked on a voluntary basis by the Seneca County Sheriff's deputies.
