BLOOMVILLE - Applications for the 2013 Bloomville Lions Jim Newlove and Evelyn and Jerry Lutz Memorial Scholarship have been distributed to area schools. There are five $800 scholarships available for Bloom Township graduating seniors.
To date, 55 seniors have been awarded scholarships totaling over $15,000 over the past 23 years through donations and the Bloomville Lions Golf Scramble.
