The Advertiser-Tribune

A Fostoria man has been charged with three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Nicholas J. Sterling, 29, was charged with the second-degree felony charges Thursday after a search warrant was conducted at his Watson Avenue residence.

Capt. Patrick Brooks of Fostoria Police Department said the charges stem from a joint investigation on behalf of the Fostoria Police Department and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification.

He was unable to provide further information about the charges Saturday.

Bond for Sterling, who is currently being held at Hancock County jail, was set at $30,000 Friday. He is scheduled to appear for a video arraignment Tuesday.
