The parents of Chelsea Carley and Brian Bilger announce the couple's engagement and approaching September 2013 wedding.
Chelsea is the daughter of Murray and Laurie Carley of Tiffin. She graduated in 2009 from Columbian High School. She will graduate in May fom Heidelberg University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood and special education.
Brian is the son of Alan and Marsha Bilger of Tiffin. He graduated in 2002 from Columbian High School and owns and operates Bilger's Lawn and Landscape, Tiffin.
