Tiffin reports

Daryl L. Wilson, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with obstructing official business and theft Thursday after an incident Jan. 16.

A person reported Friday afternoon a woman was at the emergency room being treated for an assault that had occurred in the first block of West Market Street.

A first-block Charlotte Street woman reported Saturday afternoon her husband was growing marijuana plants in the living room.

A person from Seneca House, 781 Greenfield St., reported Saturday afternoon a theft.

A person from Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., reported Saturday afternoon girls and boys stole alcohol.

Stephen L. Steinmetz, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and ATV/snowmobile prohibitions Sunday after an incident Saturday.

Robert A. Molter, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct and drugs-marijuana paraphernalia Sunday after an incident Saturday.

Bruce J. Robenalt, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with open container in a motor vehicle early Sunday morning.

Melissa G. Bean, 48, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper turn early Sunday morning.

A physical disturbance was reported inside Denny's, 315 W. Market St., early Sunday morning.

Criminal damage was reported in the first block of North Monroe Street Sunday afternoon.

County reports

A 10000-block West TR 36 woman reported early Saturday morning her family was taking items from her residence.

A 7000-block North SR 269 man reported Saturday evening he returned home and found his home broken into. Guns had been stolen.

A 16000-block East TR 88 man requested deputies early Sunday morning because he had been assaulted by his wife.

Fostoria reports

A person in the 200 block of East Jones Street reported Saturday evening a woman left her three children home alone and was at a drug party.

Felipe Melendez, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with no operator's license and driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs Saturday night.

A 200-block East 4th Street woman reported Saturday night narcotics were being used outside her apartment.

An employee of Certified, 100 E. Lytle St., reported a drive-off of $21.70 Sunday morning. It sounded like a machine error, according to a report.

A person reported Sunday morning children were smoking marijuana in the 700 block of West Center Street.

A person observed a person throw an item in a trash can at South Main and East South streets Sunday morning. It was a bag of crack cocaine, and charges were to be submitted.

Tiffin accidents

A stop sign citation was issued after a non-injury accident at Jackson and West Perry streets Friday night.

A citation of failure to control was issued after a car struck a pole at Wentz and Allen streets early Saturday morning.

Kathy L. Bruno, 69, of Dublin, Ohio, was cited with improper lane change/marked lanes violation after an accident on West Market Street Sunday morning.

County accident

Brett W. Bosler, 42, of Tiffin, was taken by Bascom EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after an accident on TR 132 Feb. 4.

Fostoria accidents

Brenda R. Williams, 42, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way after an accident at Columbus Avenue and East South Street Feb. 3. Jocelyn M. Schreiner, 21, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to wear a safety belt.

Jennifer L. McCaskill, 29, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident at South Poplar and East South streets Tuesday afternoon.

David G. Smith, 17, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield after an accident at North Countyline and West Fremont streets Wednesday afternoon. He and the other driver, Carrie R. Hammond, 54, of Fostoria, were taken to Fostoria Community Hospital.

An accident was reported at Elm and North Countyline streets Sunday morning.

A citation of improper backing was issued after an accident in the 400 block of West Center Street Sunday afternoon.

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a non-injury accident at Ash and North Countyline streets Sunday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters responded to a citizen complaint at 435 W. Market St. Saturday evening.

Fostoria fire

A chimney fire was reported at 516 College Ave. Saturday night.
