Tiffin and Seneca County are among the areas under a wind advisory 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday, according to National Weather Service. Winds are to be southwest 20-30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. The weather service says winds will cause loose outdoor objects to blow around and may cause some downed branches. Scattered power outages may be possible as well.
