A Tiffin man charged with reckless homicide had his case bound to Seneca County Common Pleas Court Friday during a hearing in Tiffin Municipal Court.
Damian B. Magers, 21, who faces the third-degree felony charge in connection to the death of Thomas A. Nally, 24, of McCutchenville, also had his $100,000 bond continued Friday, according to court documents.
Magers was arrested last week after he allegedly shot and killed Nally at a Fourth Avenue residence while they were visiting two other men.
A 911 caller had reported the incident, and when police arrived at the residence, Nally was found dead. Magers and the two other men also were found inside the residence.
