About 6 a.m. today, Tiffin Police Department received a 911 call about a possible gunshot wound. Officers responded to 199 Fourth Ave. and located the victim, Thomas A. Nally, 24, who had been fatally shot in the face, according to a release.
There were three other men at the scene. Two of them were released after being questioned at the station and may face future charges, it states.
Damian B. Magers, 21, is being charged with reckless homicide, a third-degree felony, and will be booked and incarcerated at Seneca County Jail, the release states.

An autopsy will be conducted Saturday in Lucas County.
Tiffin Police Chief Fred Stevens said the gun was confiscated at the scene and there was never a danger to the public.
