A Fostoria man is awaiting sentencing after a jury found him guilty of felonious assault last week.
Seth A. Johnson, 25, had been indicted on the second-degree felony last year for knowingly causing harm to a woman in November 2011, according to his indictment.
He faces up to eight years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000, his indictment states.
The matter was referred to CROSSWAEH for sentencing.
