Clyde K. Williams, 90, of Risingsun, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at his home.
He was born July 25, 1922, in Ironton, to Millard and Bertha (Fradd) Williams.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the 101st Airborne Division during World War II.
He is survived by four daughters, Thelma Lorraine Applegate of St. Cloud, Fla., Janice Elaine Moore of Catawba, Beverly Kay McCullough of Bascom and Brenda Lee Swinehart of Risingsun; a son, Clyde W. (Mary) Williams of Helena; 15 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lorretta Harrison of Las Vegas; and three brothers, Milton Williams of Genoa, Leroy Williams of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Morris Williams of North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Arlan Williams; and two sisters, Thelma and Roberta Williams.
His funeral is 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, with military honors provided by the United Veterans of Fostoria.
Visitation is one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
